Protecting you and your information

Keeping you and your information safe is a primary concern at MoneyVista.

It's important to point out that to use MoneyVista you do not have to provide us with your account numbers, PINs or passwords. None of this is needed to create your financial plan and to use the service to the full.

To use the service you do need to enter information such as your income, date of birth and the values for your savings, investments, pensions and property. This is, of course, very important information to you and we take great care with it.

Personal information

We won't share your personal information, your plan or your email address with anyone not connected to providing the MoneyVista service. 

When you register with MoneyvVista you will create a username and a password. When you pick your password we will tell you how strong it is, and if necessary we will encourage you to select a stronger one. It is really important that you play your role in keeping yourself safe so do not share your password and try not to use the same password that you use for other online services.

Secure connection

When you log in to MoneyVista you will enter a secure session. You will be able to spot this as our website address will begin with "https://" and a closed padlock symbol will often be displayed in, or next to, the website address bar.

We use 128-bit Extended Validation SSL Certificates to encrypt information before it's sent over the internet which stops unauthorised users from reading the information.

We follow best practice and we will continue to update our security to protect you, and us.
